Appetite
A variety of appetizers to appeal to the different taste buds of their guests.
* Shrimp Guacamole Nachos
* Chips and Salsa
* Honey Bar-B-Que Meatballs
* Stuffed Mushrooms

The appetizers will be served during cocktail hour to help hold the guests until dinner.
The chips and salsa will be on each guest table once the guests are seated at the reception.
Appetizers
Drinks
Bailey and Estevan thought it would be fun to have signature drinks to represent themselves. Other beverages will also be served for the little ones or guests that do not drink. Non-alcoholic drinks will be displayed in dispensers accessible to all guests throughout the entire event.
To start the reception a spinach salad will be served before dinner is served.
Three entree choices are provided:
*Verlasso Salmon with Green Chile Butter
*Honey Rosemary Chicken
*Wood grilled New York Steak
Sides will be Boursin Mashed Potatoes & Seasonal Vegetables.

Desserts
A dessert bar will be provided for the guests to indulge and try some delicious treats. A variety of candy, scones, macaroons, and cake pops for the children will surely be a hit.
The cake will be a two tiered vanilla with raspberry fruit preserve filling and vanilla buttercream frosting. Decoration will be water color pastel flowers with a blue solid tier in a baby blue color. Additional fresh flowers adorn the cake as needed.
